Die geometrische Charakterisierung von schmiedewarmen Werkstücken auf Basis optischer Triangulationsverfahren ist aufgrund der Eigenemission elektomagnetischer Strahlung, wie auch des sich ausbildenden inhomogenen Brechungsindexfeldes in der Umgebung des Messobjektes herausfordernd, bietet jedoch das Potential einer frühzeitigen Fehlerdetektion und Überwachung des Herstellungsprozesses. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist der Aufbau und die Kalibrierung eines Streifenprojektionssensors basierend auf einem affinen Stereokamerapaar zur Durchführung von Geometriemessungen an Komponenten mit Temperaturen von bis zu 1000 °C, um ein erstes Grundverständnis für den sich einstellenden Lichtablenkungseffekt zu erreichen. Das System soll insbesondere eine Oberflächenrekonstruktion von Hochtemperatur-Referenzmessobjekten ermöglichen, wie z.B. eines wiederholt beheizbaren Keramikzylinders, um alternative Strategien der Lichtablenkungskompensation zukünftig validieren zu können.

The geometrical characterization of forge-hot workpieces based on optical triangulation methods is challenging due to the workpieces’ self-emission of electromagnetic radiation, as well as the inhomogeneous refractive index field in the vicinity of the measuring object. However, measurements of high-temperature components offer the potential of an early error detection and a monitoring of the manufacturing process. The objective of this thesis is the development and calibration of a fringe projection sensor based on an affine stereo camera pair to perform geometry measurements on high temperature components with temperatures up to 1000 °C to generate a first basic understanding of the light deflection effect. Especially, the system is meant to allow a surface reconstruction of high-temperature reference measuring objects, such as a repetitively heatable ceramic cylinder in order to validate alternative light-deflection compensation concepts in forthcoming work.
