The silicone arch booster (commonly known as "farches") by Grishko is like a sock with a stitched in “pocket” with a special inner pad made of medically tested silicone. It's very easy to put on the foot and to be invisible under tights. It protects your feet from getting hurt while doing exercises on the floor and from skin irritation and injuries.

After use wash in soapy warm water and dry gently.
