1970s vintage maxi dress. spaghetti straps with an elastic empire waist accentuated with a pink millinery flower. solid pink lining with a sheer pink overlay that has a "burnout" rose design. the overlay is split on the back bodice and on the center of both the front and back skirt. pulls on over the head with a hook and eye at the back.
