This vintage, very large, lovely Italian ceramic platter was hand made and hand painted by an artisan at La Musa, a pottery house founded in 1949 based in Palermo, Italy. This piece was made in Italy for Saks Fifth Avenue homewares department. It features a stylized fish with the La Musa mark on the front and the original Saks Fifth Avenue label on the bottom, c. 1980's.
Condition is used and in very good condition with some glaze misses. See photos.
