Elastic gathered waist with long Chiffon tie belt. Blousy upper with on or off the shoulder elastic neckline and elastic cuff long sleeves. Relaxed, fairly full skirt.Pulls on with no closures. Acetate under dress with a tube top upper creation an illusion look.
