The Janie Striped Shirt Dress or Tunic depending on how you prefer to wear it is a great go to piece in your summer wardrobe.  Part of Velvet's Linen Stripe collection, the Janie dress features a long t shirt style with contrasting wide stripes available here in Midnight (Navy) or Grey contrasted with oatmeal colored stripes.  The Janie dress features a crew neckline and short sleeves and hits just above the knee on our 5'9" model.  We love to wear it with cropped or ankle length leggings. The fabric is linen and toile so it is a stiffer texture than traditional jersey cotton and the fabric does feature a burnout style which gives it a touch of sheerness especially on the oatmeal stripes.
