Love that this has pockets on both sides that are actually functional. Metal talon zipper and snap center closure. No tags, does not feel handmade though! I think these are JC Penney I found an ad with a pair that LOOKS JUST like it. No fabric tag, but its a seersucker, cotton fabric. Excellent vintage
