Simple, Indexed Alignment for Narrow and Wide Stock

A single adjustment nut brings the conveyor into parallel with the sanding head, making alignment fast and uncomplicated. The indexed lever ensures proper setting when switching to wider material, giving you predictable sanding width up to 38 inches in two passes.

Smooth, Repeatable Height Adjustments

A thrust bearing under the handle combined with an upper-positioned nut prevents drift during sanding. With no backlash or slop in the mechanism, setting thickness is easier and stays where you put it—even on longer runs.
