Brush 1800'S Clothes Brush With Painted Lady Top!

This is a late 1800's clothes brush with a painted lady top. It stands approx 7-1/2" tall. It is very rare and has some age appropriate damage. The brushes are a red and yellow colors and the lady on top is green, blue, yellow and black. There is. Bit of paint chip on the back of the head (see pic).
