This is one of three 1970's bubble glass sconces from the German brand Limburg. The gold painted metal base has light signs of wear. The clear glass shades are intact. 

The sleek design of these sconces was made by Helena Tynell and it is  influenced by the 1970s brutalist estetic. These lights are an eyey catcher perfect for any interior design setting 
Each sconce has two ceramic E27 bulb sockets. The bulbs are not included.
They are fully functional for worldwide use (110 V-220V, USA, EU, etc.)
