A: You can manually open the MWD-1 if you pull the handle on the drawer. Do not attempt to use the button and manually open the drawer at the same time.

This might cause the drawer to come off the tracks if it's pulled too fast while trying to automatically open. Either manually open the drawer or use the button but don’t do both.
