The Berliner Match Striker not only looks fabulous in any decor but also really works, just in case your electricity goes out or you need to start a fire or light a candle. Used for match storage, you can discard the match in the bowl. It can also be used as a palo santo burner! We've had lots of customers keep these on their coffee table or in the bathroom. 

We recommend Strike Anywhere Matches which don't need a strike strip (simply strike on the bottom or side to light) or you can use regular matches that light on a strike strip you can buy and attach to the bottom. Matches not included.
