The Smart Spotting Blocks System is a group of lightweight, compatible, versatile blocks that are useful in all levels of gymnastics training and disciplines. 

The Smart Spotting Block System was first developed to create a "channel bar" station -- above the ground. What makes Tumbl Trak's Smart Spotting Blocks so special is extra firm foam on the sides and bottom creating a much more stable surface for the coach to stand on. This is a huge safety feature that bar coaches really appreciate.

• Teach gymnasts skill progressions early on for handstands, giants and release moves (ideal for spotting bar skills safely)
• Train beam skills, including mounts and dismounts, using the 10cm white line that appears on top of each block
• Use blocks on their rigid side for conditioning, plyometric or flexibility stations
• Turn blocks on their edges to create dynamic obstacle courses for a great cardio workout
• Made of firm, yet lightweight, foam that is covered in easy-to-clean vinyl
• Strategically placed Velcro allows blocks to be securely stacked on top of each other, side by side, or end to end, providing endless configurations and use!

And, bars is just the beginning!  Each block has a 10cm white line on the top for training beam skills, including mounts and dismounts. The rigid sides make for the ideal conditioning, plyometric or flexibility stations. Turn them on their edges or on end to create dynamic obstacle courses for a great cardio workout!

Each block is made of a firm yet lightweight foam that is covered in easy to clean vinyl. They are very lightweight with carrying handles for ease in moving from station to station. Each block has strategically placed velcro allowing them to be securely stacked on top of each other, side by side, or end to end. There are endless configurations and uses for the Smart Spotting Blocks!

The Blocks are made of 2 different types of foam. The top has 10cm of EVA Crosslink Foam with a Solid Polystyrene Core. There is no EVA Crosslink Foam on the bottom which leads to increased stability.
