A fair copy only, but an exceptionally rare volume including two important puritan works by James Janeway [1636-1674]. He was, after John Bunyan, the most widely read puritan author for the young during the 17th century. 

He was ejected in 1662 along with John Owen, Thomas Watson, William Bridge, &c. and author of A Token for Children which was widely distributed in early America by Cotton Mather. He was also one of the signers of the 1673 Scottish Metrical Psalms, etc.

No original copies on the market at any price. The second copy in the work has never been reprinted.
