Return Policy:

We guarantee the item to be in 100% working condition. 

--- If the item is not functioning, the buyer has to contact us and send it back within 7 days.  A replacement will be mailed upon receiving the damaged item.  If no replacement is available, your full purchase price will be refunded.  Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

--- If the item is functioning as described, returns will be accepted with 25% restocking fee. We must receive the package back within 14 calendar days.  Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Note: We keep track of our items by the serial numbers or special markings.
