It’s always an honor to get to restore such a beautiful piece of history! This striking sideboard was likely made in the mid to late 19th century at the height of the American Empire furniture era. One can date this piece with the hand cut nails used to construct it, as well as the original locks which are still present. 

Unparraleled burled mahogany was used to construct this piece, and for its age it is in excellent antique condition. All drawers and cabinets work perfectly, and cosmetically this piece is in great shape, and ready for another 150 years of use!
