This is accentuated by bracketed eaves and cantilevers. The steeply pitched standing seam metal roof is surmounted by a faux widows walk with Chippendale railing details.

The main living level features a coffered Great Room with fireplace, built-ins and pocketing sliding glass doors to the Loggia. The island kitchen is open to the Great Room and is adjacent to the Dining Room. The home’s utility room is conveniently located just off the Kitchen. The home is entered through a dramatic two-story Foyer with adjacent stairway to rooms above.

Rounding out the main level is a dedicated Study, Powder/Pool bath and Master Suite. The Master Suite has a sitting room and his/her walk-in closets. The Master Bath has a garden soaking tub, large walk-in shower and his/her vanities. The Master has direct access to the Loggia and outdoor kitchen.
