Instructions for Use

Before Treatment

1. Complete a thorough consultation. Discuss patient goals, medical history, and hormonal skincare use.
2. Clean and sterilise the vaginal handpiece.
3. Ensure the Neon 7D Pro system is fully functional.
4. Explain the treatment process and expected sensations to the patient.

Treatment Procedure

1. Apply approximately 2mm of conductor gel to the treatment area.
2. Power on the device, select the Vaginal HIFU mode, and set the required parameters.
3. Insert the handpiece carefully and rotate it at a recommended angle of 10°–30° as required.
4. Press the handle trigger to release energy. Begin with lower energy settings and adjust based on client feedback.
5. Avoid overlapping shots to prevent excessive energy concentration.

Suggested Parameters:

Post-Treatment Care

• Mild swelling may occur and typically subsides within 5 hours.
• Avoid intercourse, strenuous activity, and bathing for 1 week.
• Avoid hot springs, saunas, or applying hot water directly for 24 hours.
• Stick to a light, non-spicy diet. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and anticoagulants like aspirin.
• Do not use hormone-based products in the treated area for 6 months post-treatment.
• Encourage hydration and oral collagen supplementation for optimal results.
• The full effect is seen within 1–3 months and can last up to 1–2 years.
• Allow a minimum of 3 months between treatments.
• Repeat treatment every 6–12 months depending on individual needs.

Contraindications

• Not suitable for individuals without prior sexual activity.
• Prohibited during or near menstruation, pregnancy, recent miscarriage, or with known gynecological conditions.
• After childbirth, it is recommended to wait 3–4 months before undergoing treatment—and longer if there have been any complications or ongoing recovery issues.

Contraindicated for patients with:

• Tumours near the vaginal area
• Severe venereal disease
• Cervical erosions or moderate/severe vaginitis
• Use caution with superficial vaginal trauma.

Maintenance

• Clean the operating head after every treatment using a soft cloth and non-alcoholic disinfectant.
• Cold gel residues should be removed promptly.
• Perform a weekly deep clean of the probe to maintain hygiene and performance.
