The Filter happened because we wanted a bike that's even more fun than the Edit. It encapsulates everything that we've learned about short-travel, alloy framed bikes and rolls it up in a hilariously rowdy package. You can do big days and go long ways on it, but you can also ride it like your hair's on fire.

The 2027 Filter MX Core features all-new suspension from Rockshox: the Super Ultimate rear shock with the new Liner XL air spring, and Lyrik Ultimate Charger 3.2 fork, also with a LinearXL air spring. On top of that, we've upgraded the brakes from Motive to Maven. Bottom line... it's even better than the 2026 version.
