This high-quality wool preserves its brand-new condition after years if taken proper care of. We recommend gently hand washing it in lukewarm water and only drying it flat. 

What makes our poncho truly special is its variety in style. It can be worn in different styles and endless outfit combinations. The knit pattern is a charming combination between a cable stitch and a rope stitch. The cable is a classic, used since the 19th century, being a symbol for the good fortune that resembles the ropes and nets of the fishermen on the Aran Islands. Four metallic buttons with a Celtic knot illustrated were added on the seam as a delicate detail. Our poncho is designed with a drape-like body with two corners and a cowl neck.
