The Ritual

1. Sift 3g of Hojicha powder into your bowl or cup.
2. Add 30ml of water at 65-75°C (145-167°F).
3. Whisk until the powder is fully incorporated and a light froth forms.
4. Combine with 120ml of hot or iced milk.
5. Add 6g syrup of choice (we recommend brown sugar)
