The kit includes the pattern and all fabric for the top.  The quilt finishes 79 x 96" without borders. NOTE: this kit does NOT include the yellow rose border.  If you would like to duplicate this looks, you will need 7 yards of this fabric . With this optional border, the quilt finishes 100 x 117".
