Definitions: TDP Industries, LLC, dba Texas Drivetrain Performance, a Texas limited liability company (“TDP”) is the business offering warranty on goods and services.  Client, the original individual or company conducting business with TDP (“Customer”). Transmissions, axles, and any rebuildable assembly (“Unit”).

TDP guarantees all Units, on-vehicle installation labor, and parts to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of original purchase by the original owner. This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, or to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, modification, abuse, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, or lack of lubrication. This warranty does not cover any types of gear noise, such as gear whine in an axle, or gear rollover in a transmission. In many cases, transmissions are noisy by their own nature and nothing can be done about it. Also, with axles in many cases, the only choice is to use aftermarket gears which could have a whine or hum at various speeds. 

TDP will repair or replace, at its expense and discretion, the Unit, vehicle or part which in normal use has proven to be defective. It is the responsibility of the Client to notify TDP and return the part, vehicle or Unit to our facility, with proof of their purchase of the product within one year, and provides TDP reasonable opportunity to verify the alleged defect through inspection. If it is determined there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of warranty, then the original owner must cover any associated costs and transportation. 

This is TDP’s sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. We do not reimburse for third party repairs or expenses incurred. In no event shall TDP’s liability under this limited warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
