The new Contour face protection system provides a wide range of protection levels for multiple applications and differing risks. The Contour Carrier is designed to provide close fitting face protection and a low profile when retracted up over the helmet. The Contour X screen (S800) is designed for general purpose impact protection. The Contour XI is a multi purpose screen (S810) with integrated chin protection and anti scratch and anti fog coating for general purpose impact and Class 1 arc protection. The Arc Class 2 face screens (S820, S830 and S840) utilise Paulson Arc technology. The Contour XII Light-Green screen (S820) provides an effective Class 2 face protection solution. The Contour XIII Clear-Grey HT (Highly Transparent) screen (S830) utilises the latest Arc technology; the clearest European Class 2 screen with the highest Visible Light Transmittance providing improved colour recognition, important for accuracy of cable identification and ideal in areas with poor visibility. The Contour XIV Grey HT (Highly Transparent) screen (S840) is a higher calorie rated protective screen at 26cal/cm2 according to NFPA 70E ASTM 2178 and also GS-ET-29 Class 2. All the screens are connected to the Contour Carrier, enabling users to have the flexibility to switch screen types, depending on their application or risk.
