The table unit features a forced air refrigeration system and high-density foam insulation to maintain food at a safe and constant temperature. It has an overall size of 67-1/4" wide, 32-1/4" deep (35-1/4" deep including the Cutting Board) and is 42" high with the swivel casters. Each drawer can hold two pans that are 12" by 20" by 6" deep (sold separately). The exterior has an all stainless steel front, sides and top and aluminum back; the interior has a stainless steel floor and aluminum sides and top. This quality prep table comes with a one year warranty for parts and labor and five years on the compressor.
