Riv-Nail Rivet Guide Block RNQL 500 is a high-density polyethylene (UHMW) rivet positioning guide for single-pass Riv-Nail installation. Holds 5 rivets per setup for high-precision rivet placement.

What it does: The guide block locates rivet holes precisely across the splice. Pre-set position eliminates the eyeballing and re-measuring that slows manual installation. Pair with the RNMDP-5 multi-rivet driver to drive all 5 (or 10) rivets in a single hammer blow.

UHMW construction: Lightweight aluminum and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. The polyethylene face does not damage Riv-Nail rivet finish during driving. Patented anvil plates set the rivets cleanly.

Compatible tools: Use with MRNAT multi-driver tool kits, RNAPD air-powered driver, RNBH battery hammer, or RNEH corded hammer for fast production splicing.
