Our frequently medal winning Hatters Hill Sauvignon Blanc has been carefully crafted by Winemaker Heather Stewart, she selected her favourite components from the Delta Sauvignon Blanc vineyard to produce this flagship wine.

A bright and opulent wine with complex layers of fleshy stone fruit, grapefruit and a salty mineral finish. this wine is an ideal match with pan-fried scallops, or soft goats cheese salad.
