Couples therapy from a spiritual aspect offers a transformative pathway for partners and individuals seeking deeper connection, healing, and renewal. As a psychosexual and relationship therapist working from a psychospiritual and transpersonal perspective, I invite couples to step beyond the traditional therapy room and into the living embrace of the natural world and ritual. We will begin our journey inside and if we feel the pull we can take our work outside.

Why Nature?

Nature is a powerful co-therapist. The outdoors provides a neutral, nurturing space where couples can reconnect with themselves, each other, and something greater than their individual stories. The sights, sounds, and rhythms of the natural world help to ground the body, calm the mind, and open the heart-creating fertile ground for authentic dialogue and emotional healing. Whether we walk along the shoreline, sit beneath ancient trees, or gather around a fire, nature gently supports the therapeutic process, offering a sense of belonging and perspective that is hard to find elsewhere.

A Holistic, Transpersonal Approach

My work integrates mind, body, and spirit, supporting couples to explore not only their relational patterns and sexual intimacy but also the deeper spiritual and existential dimensions of their partnership. Drawing on Internal Family Systems, body-oriented practices, and elements of ecotherapy, I help couples identify and heal the wounded parts of themselves that may be impacting their relationship, while also inviting a sense of wonder and sacredness back into their connection.

What to Expect

We will start the process off inside and then if and when it feels right we might take our sessions outside into nature.

• Walk-and-Talk Sessions: Moving side by side in nature can make difficult conversations feel less intense and more organic, reducing defensiveness and fostering honest communication.

• Ritual and Mindfulness: We may engage in grounding rituals, mindful listening to the sounds of nature, or simple ceremonies to mark transitions or intentions within your relationship.

• Somatic and Creative Exploration: Using natural elements and the environment.

• Eco-Systemic Reflection: We explore how your relationship is interconnected not only with each other but with the wider web of life, supporting a sense of unity and shared purpose.
