We source our Organic Olive Oil from an Australia company that uses only the best Italian variety olive trees.  A good quality organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil(EVOO) will always leave a slight peppery sensation at the back of  your tongue.  The organic cold pressed EVOO we have selected not only leaves a peppery sensation at the back of your tongue, but is also  accompanied by a full bodied flavour that that we have all come to expect from a good quality EVOO. Produced According to the Original Baati/Paris Method - 0.8 grams / 1 Liter EVOO Holistic Eden starts with a solvent - chemical free C60 Research Grade Powder that is added to EVOO, this solution is stirred  at high speed for 14 full days under darkened laboratory conditions. At the end of the 14 day stirring process no residue/sediment can be seen at he bottom of beaker, this shows the purity of  our C60 powder and full saturation at completion of stirring process, as many inferior grade C60 powders will leave residue  after resting. At this stage our C60 solution is displaying a very nice purple/maroon colour as a premium grade C60 EVOO product does, this colour along with zero residue confirms total saturation of 0.8 grams C60 to 1 Liter EVOO. However our C60 Olive Oils is still rested for anther 14 days on a negative ion plate which emits natural Photon's of light.  This process is again under darkened laboratory conditions away from any electrical devices, allows the C60 Olive Oil solution  time to relax and settle.  This resting process also removes any positive(+)(south pole) charged ion particles that might have been imparted into the C60 Olive Oil solution during production either from electricity or positive(+)(North Pole) polarity due to the solution being  stirred in a clockwise direction which produces positive(+)(south pole) ions which can effect the quality of solution and our  health. Negetive(-) ions are very beneficial to our health hence resting the C60EVOO on a Negative(-) ion plate.
