Suggested Usage: Take 2 to 4 AMMUNITION^TM Tablets twice daily with a full glass of water on an empty stomach or with a carbohydrate meal.  For athletes weighing over 200lbs, take 3 to 5 tablets twice daily. On training days, schedule one serving 30 minutes before your workout.

For maximum results, stack 2 to 3 AMMUNITION^TM Tablets with 1 scoop of Pride Nutrition’s DOMINATE^TM or RETALIATE^TM 30 minutes before workout. An additional (2) AMMUNITION^TM Tablets can be taken before bedtime.  Always drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of quality water a day while using AMMUNITION^TM.
