Rhine Hall produces three distinct tropical eau de vies: Mango, Guava & Pineapple. For each, the fruit is pureed, fermented in stainless steel tanks topped with a cloth to inhibit air flow & double distilled in a stainless steel pot still. Each fruit has a unique preparation prior to fermentation. The pineapple crowns are cut and the fibrous & thick pineapple husk is shaved to get to the juicy, dense core.
Tasting Notes - Dried pineapples, palm trees, toasted coconut, and lemon on the nose. Molasses, cantaloupe, vanilla & cacao on the palate.
