Instead, they use organic Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil in a process know as â€ufat washing.” The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with their original gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. After the infusion has completed, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out.
