DESCRIPTION

Life-Calk® Sealant in Black is a durable and permanently flexible marine polysulfide sealant, specially formulated for the unique challenges of the marine environment. With its long-lasting adhesion, this sealant is ideal for both above and below waterline applications, providing a watertight, flexible rubber seal that withstands structural movement. Its excellent resistance to teak oils, gasoline, and diesel fuel makes it perfect for use on teak decks, deck hardware, hull fittings, and underwater seams. Tack-free within 1 to 3 days, Life-Calk® ensures reliable performance on fiberglass, wood, metal, glass, and even itself, delivering superior waterproofing and adhesion.This versatile sealant can be applied to damp surfaces, making it suitable for emergency underwater repairs. It’s easy to sand and paint* for a customized finish, although it's not compatible with certain paint types. Life-Calk®’s low viscosity allows it to penetrate fine cracks and seams, providing a robust, lasting seal for marine and boat applications.
