This paring knife from the FOUR STAR series from ZWILLING is a practical aid for many different tasks in the kitchen. The knife is ideal for tasks such as peeling fruit or vegetables. It is also a good tool when you want to cut them into small pieces.

This kitchen knife with a 10cm blade is especially practical for smaller ingredients. Thanks to the extremely precise grinding and the resulting sharpness, even small and medium-sized pieces of meat can be effortlessly cut with this knife. The steel used in the FRIODUR blade is a special formula steel with an ice-hardening treatment. This makes the blade extremely robust yet flexible.

As the knife is made of a continuous piece of steel, it is very sturdy and has a long service life. The seamless plastic handle also contributes to this; it is ergonomically shaped so that the knife sits comfortably in the hand when cutting.
