The Seven Gables hot sauce uses fresh green and red cowhorn cayennes, bourbon barrel aged vinegar, sweet onions, and a small dash of Carolina Reapers for a boost of heat. We recommend enjoying with a fresh sourdough bread or crackers to best experience the flavor.
