Drop your Scooter in to us and we will carry out a Service and Diagnosis.

• Minor electrical diagnosis (minor repair included, components additional cost)
• Included in the Service 
  • Safety check
  • All bolts tightened, checked including frame bolts behind guards.
  • Check and adjust all brake related bolts.
  • Brakes tested and adjusted/bleed. (Pads/callipers are additional Cost)
  • Check program settings on scooter.
  • Check and adjust tyre inflation to recommended psi.
  • Check and adjust suspension pivots.
  • Check wheel alignment.
  • Check and adjust headset. Tighten or loosen to torque spec.
  • Check and adjust handlebars and fittings.
  • Check, adjust and lubricate folding mechanism.
  • Check light system.
    
• 1 tyre change if required (tyre/tube additional cost)
  • Labor on Second tyre = $75 (tyre/tube additional cost)

Any Required Parts or Labor required for installation of Major parts (Motor, Controller or Battery) is at additional cost Charged at a Labor rate of $125 per hour, charged in 15 min intervals.

Contact will be made with cost of Parts and estimated time to repair.

Payment for any Parts required BEFORE completion of works, with Labor costs paid at time of Pickup

NO GUARANTEES on faults requiring replacement of Batteries, Motors or Controllers will fix the problems as we cannot test for other issues without these being repaired.
