A high-level disinfectant and cleaner for use in dairy operations, rearing sheds, foot baths and generally on-farm to help kill bacteria, fungi, protozoa, spores and viruses. SteriGENE works up to 70% quicker than conventional high-level disinfectants, achieving apoptosis (cell death) rather than just suspending activity. 

SteriGENE® is a mixture of halogenated tertiary amine and organic salts <15%, polymeric biguanide hydrochloride surface active agents corrosion inhibitor, chelating agents, stabilising agents and demineralised water. SteriGENE® is free of aldehydes, chlorine and phenols and is concentrated for on-site dilution. The formulation includes micro-emulsion particles that allow the active ingredient to rapidly move through the cell walls of micro-organisms for quick results.
