As an Accredited BACP Registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor, I provide both in-person sessions in Poole and online counselling throughout the UK. I am registered with BUPA.

The therapy works by building on your unique qualities, spirituality and self-development, helping you to utilise your inner resources to remove conflicts and create balance and harmony in your life.

Qualifications & Accreditation

I am an Accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their code of ethics. My approach is rooted in Transpersonal Psychology, Spiritual Psychology, Humanistic Psychology, Psychosynthesis, and Person-Centred Counselling.
