Definitely handmade & homemade. This rare diamond-paisley patterned vintage fabric is super soft & easy to clean... & the colors are oh-so-vibrant in a psychedelic kinda way. Be sure to take good care of these pants, as they are around 60 years old. We've never seen another pair of pants like these!

The waistband elastic has just been replaced from the original, & there's lots of stretch to go around. The waist is 28in un-stretched, & there's a good 4-6in of stretch available... that's why these pants fit people of many shapes & sizes. If you want the waist to be smaller or bigger, it would only take about 10min to swap out the elastic waistband, a few stitches, & voilà! There's enough fabric to make the waistband anywhere from 20in to 40in. The unique wrap-around (from the bottom) waistband creates a flowy look that can be worn high-waisted or low-waisted, you choose.
