By combining your Lincat Invoq CombiSlim oven with a condensation hood, you can concentrate your entire food production in a smaller area. The hood also gives you the freedom to place the oven almost anywhere you want.

The condensation hood helps to promote efficient extraction and condensing of excess steam. By removing up to 93% of the humidity from the oven exhaust, the hood promotes a more comfortable working kitchen.

The system is controlled by the oven and condensed steam is discharged through the oven's drain system. No external connection required. Suitable for all Invoq electric ovens.
