The baking tray is not hot and the food is not cooked?
When 3 burners are turned on, the temperature will reach 340℃ after 10 minutes. It is recommended to adjust the heat according to needs.

The baking tray is heated unevenly?
The baking tray has 3 heating zones. If you need to use the entire baking tray area, please turn on 3 heating knobs to heat the entire baking tray.

What to do if the food is half raw and half cooked?
Turn the food frequently to ensure that the food is completely and evenly heated; control the burning area to adjust the temperature of different areas.

What causes food to burn and leave a charred char on the baking tray? How can it be prevented?
Causes of food burning include too high a temperature, too long a cooking time, the wrong type and thickness of food, the wrong height or position of the baking sheet, sugary seasonings, and lack of pre-treatment or anti-stick measures. Solutions include using precise temperature controls, monitoring cooking time, adjusting for food type and thickness, positioning the baking sheet correctly, using anti-stick methods (such as using oil), and avoiding high-sugar seasonings.

Notes before use：
① Check the gas connection. Make sure the propane tank is properly and securely connected to the grill and check for leaks at the connection.
② Gas regulator check. Confirm that the gas regulator switch is in the correct position and is not blocked or damaged.

Suggestions for use：
Recommended to put enough oil on the baking tray before use and adjust the heat to a suitable temperature to prevent the food from burning. Do not cook food on the baking tray without adding oil.

How to clean the baking tray correctly:

1. If there is only a small amount of grease or slight food residue on the enamel baking tray, wipe it clean directly with kitchen paper.

2. The oil collection system will collect excess grease into a slide-out grease pan. Remove the grease pan, pour out the grease, and clean it with detergent.

3. For burnt food charred char or grease, soften the burned part with warm water and detergent. Then use a wooden or plastic spatula to remove the charred char. Finally, scrub the burned part with a sponge or non-metallic brush.
