Our Classic Alder Cold-Smoked Steelhead just got better! This Yukola inspired crisscross slicing technique increases smoke absorption into the fillet, resulting in a saltier, drier, and smokier flavor. 

Sourced from Norway, our steelhead is farmed in icy ocean waters, using the best techniques in the industry. 

Steelhead fillets are sold by whole fillet at $34 per pound. Please choose a pre-weighed fillet with a size that best suits you. Sizes range between 1.1 - 2.0lbs. 

We smoke our fish every week. All steelhead orders placed by Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. 

We do not vacuum pack the Yukola-style fillets. They are packed in paper and then plastic. Removing oxygen from the fillet packaging would rehydrate the fillet and would ultimately compromise the texture of the final product.
