Earning 98 points from Jeb Dunnuck (Wine Advocate), 97 from James Molesworth (Wine Spectator), and 94 from Stephen Tanzer (Int'l Wine Cellar), it is described as more taut and chiseled than Le Pavillon, with a liquid rock-like minerality that demands long cellaring.
