It applied ergonomic principles for a whole new experience. Instead of blocking the mouth like traditional ball gags, smooth pieces open up the mouth of the wearer without blockage, so that the mouth and tongue can more freely participate in oral play.

The silicone gag pieces on both sides can be detached and worn independently.
