The American Barbell range of T-Grip bars were created to provide greater versatility to the training environment. Featuring a 1-1/4" diameter (31.75MM), they fit all commercial benches and racks and now have the option of non-rotating sleeves (bar weight 30lbs) or rotating sleeves (bar weight 55lbs).

The sleeve construction is one piece, drop-forged and boltless, and has a hard chrome finish. The bar shaft is finished in black zinc. This bar comes with high-quality knurling on the grips to provide you with an enhanced hold on the bar.

The bar provides a range of gripping options when curling and pressing, including two widths of neutral grip. You can use this bar to perform a neutral grip bench press, allowing athletes with shoulder discomfort to continue to lift. A neutral grip allows the elbows to track more closely to the body for greater triceps activation.
