This handy Cambro Ultra Cart helps you maintain safe temperatures while moving prepared foods to an off-site location. This two compartment Ultra Cart has an overall size of 20-1/2" wide, 27-1/8" deep, and 54" tall, and has a durable polyethylene shell that comes in a variety of colors. It has removable airtight gaskets and foam insulation to help maintain either hot or cold temperatures for hours. The cart holds twelve full-size food pans at 2.5" deep, or eight 4" deep food pans.
