The Script, Ireland's national rock band, release their first new album in 3 years! The Script, Ireland's national rock band, have released three of their four albums to date, all of which have topped the UK charts, and have captivated music fans around the world with their epic scale, beautiful pop melody lines, and universal lyrics. The Script have received tremendous support from a wide range of audiences, including being personally invited by Queen Elizabeth II to perform on a British radio program and making a surprise appearance at a live show by Taylor Swift, who is a big fan of the Script. As a stadium-class rock band, they are also known for their live performances, and at their 2015 stadium show in Croke Park, Ireland, about 80,000 tickets were sold out in four hours. Their first Japan tour in six years in January 2015 was a great success, and at Summer Sonic 2015, which they performed at in August of the same year, they proudly appeared on the Marine Stage, the largest outdoor stage, and gave a spectacular performance. This is their first new album in three years, since their album "No Sound Without Silence," which debuted at No. 1 in the UK and Ireland, and the single "Rain," which was released in June, has already been called a summer anthem with its distinctive melodic quality. The single "Rain", released in June, is a danceable rock tune that is already being called a summer anthem, with a distinctive melodic quality that is unique to The Script.Their energetic and emotional rock sound is definitely evident in their new album, which is a must-listen!In 1973, the band brought in Michael Schenker, formerly of the Scorpions, as a new guitarist, and produced their third album, "Phenomenon," which was highly acclaimed for Michael Schenker's guitar playing and composing ability, and the band received a great deal of attention. The band then went on its first US tour, albeit on a smaller scale, in search of success in the United States. The November 5 concert in Atlanta, Georgia, was recorded and broadcast for a radio program as a promotional event. This live album uses the audio master from that broadcast. The set list on that day included medleys and encores, and this live album contains all of them, allowing the audience to fully enjoy the live performance of the new UFO. Although only 18 years old, Michael Schenker's guitar performance showed glimpses of the top guitarist he would become at this point in his career, and the three band members also gave an energetic performance. This is truly a miracle of the archive. Four additional bonus tracks from the archives broadcast on BBC radio in 1974, 1975, and 1977 are included.First pressing limited edition!
