This season, Galway United proudly unveils the 2025 Away Kit, a celebration of our inaugural partnership with the historic coastal town of Loutraki, Greece -visitloutraki.com

Inspired by Loutraki's legendary hot healing waters, once revered by Spartan soldiers and the temples of Apollo and Hera that stand as timeless reminders of ancient traditions, this kit symbolizes the unity of two cultures steeped in myth and maritime heritage.

Key Features:

Front Design: A striking illustration of Apollo, the Greek God of the Sun and Well-Being, framed by a classic Greek 'Meander' looping pattern. This motif, rich in Greek and Celtic connections, extends to the shirt’s cuffs, weaving the histories of both nations into the design.

Reverse Design: A homage to Irish mythology with a depiction of Cu Chulainn, the legendary warrior likened to Achilles, surrounded by a traditional Celtic band. His inclusion celebrates Ireland’s storied past alongside Greece's mythic legacy.

Color Gradient: A bold fade from Atlantic Navy to Mediterranean Blue, embodying the shared maritime traditions of Galway and Loutraki.

Designed by Galway United’s Lead Designer, Morgan O’Brien, in collaboration with O’Neills, this jersey stands as a visual emblem of friendship and unity between Galway and Loutraki.
