Blokes- Get the size you would normally buy in shirts. EG you are a Medium get a M
Ladies- We have done a conversion for you as these are unisex shirts. Just look at the number behind the W (Womens). If you are normally a 14 in shirts then get the 
L W14 for example.
Kids- Get the size you would normally buy in shorts for your child.
