Organic brake pads are made with a semi-metallic compound rich in organic material, which allows them to have a quicker bite (because the pad heats up very quickly and thus reaches the optimal temperature) and very low noise because they are softer. With less metal content, the pad is less suitable for handling very high temperatures. The lifespan of the organic pad is the shortest: consider that our organic pad lasts twice as long as a competitor's organic pad and even three times longer than a Shimano one (which is made of resin, therefore extremely soft).
